This is stomach level punch. In Japanese it is Chudan Tsuki (pronounced choo-dan zoo-kee). It is one of the most used strikes as it is quite simple but can do a lot of damaged if performed correctly.
This is rising head level block. In Japanese it is Jodan Age Uke (pronounced jo-dan ag-ee oo-ke). It is the most used block and is quite simple to do.
This is front kick. In Japanese it is Mae Geri (pronounced may g-air-ee). It is a very easy kick but can be devastating when a correct technique is combined with speed and power.
